I’m so excited for the start of Autumn. I love all of the tastes, smells, and colors it brings. For all of the expecting fall moms out there I’ve updated some of my floral invitations with new fonts and fall color pallets.

Happy first day of fall, I thought I’d celebrate with some free fall tree printables. Even though I’ve lived in Florida for 15 years now, I grew up in the Midwest, so every year I long for the site of colorful autumn leaves. I thought I would create this set of 5×7 fall trees as a tribute to the falls of my childhood. I hope you enjoy them.
You can download the pdf with all three here.
EvaLily Boutique’s Floral and Polka Dot Printable Baby Shower Invitation in Coral and Aqua now has a complete matching set of baby shower printables to coordinate with it.
I’m giving everyone a sneak peek at what’s coming next at EvaLily Boutique. For my next set of items I wanted to create a series of nature themed baby shower invitations that had a hand drawn look. The examples pictured are from the Berry Sweet invitation but there will also be a Sweet Pea, a Lil’ Peanut and a few others.
First, I started off by drawing my subjects in my sketch book. Then I scanned them and imported them into Illustrator. Now they are all being traced and colored. Soon I will be turning all of those images into baby shower invitations. Here is a peek at how the Berry Sweet invitation is coming along.
My very first full baby shower printable party set is complete. The invitation, diaper raffle insert, wish cards and thank you card for this cute floral and polka dot set were originally designed for a friend of mine. These designs were the catalyst for my desire to strike out on my own so I thought it was only fitting that they be the base for my first printable shower set. You can see the complete coral and navy blue collection listed on Evalily Boutique.
What would you like to see as the next complete set?
I’m sure from time to time everyone has thoughts like “I want to do what I’m good at but on my own terms.” or “I wish I had more control over my direction.” A few months ago I decided to stop thinking and start pursuing my dream of starting my own graphic design business.
I’m currently selling printable baby shower designs on Etsy and hope to soon be designing promotional materials for other small businesses like me.
It’s my hope to share my journey with you.
